I have a 34" waist and bought size Large and these fit like a glove on my body.They wrap and caress my bits in this smooth feeling fabric which is so nice.You can use these as swimwear but they do go sheer when wet which isn't a bad thing if you're a bit of an exhibitionist.They have a thicker waistband so they will stay in place when wet (unlike the super skimpy low rise option which doesn't hold up when wet because of the small waistband, again not a problem if you like to show off).Good to sleep in as well especially on hot nights if you still wear underwear in those instances.Overall a great piece and only for sexy people.

The medium was too small for me, with a 30" waist. The pouch was especially tight and squeezy. I might think the large size OK, but experience tells me the pouch would still be not enough. I prefer cotton to synthetic materials so I didn't really care for these but the cut is OK, you might like them if they fit your body better than mine.

It fits beautifully except that there isn't enough space in the genital area, so some scrotum skin shows. I tried a size larger, but then it was too loose in the butt and still not enough space in the genital area.

I'm buying more of these. Really comfortable!!! I'm 60, 38" waist, 6 ft, 200 lbs. The XL fit perfectly. They are low cut with a narrow waist band so there is no "roll down" in front from "dunlap."

Bought this as a lightweight, quick dry swim brief for swims on hiking and camping trips. Not something I would wear to a crowded public beach or pool but fine for the backwoods.
