Great to use!
I had the old style fat separator in my cabinet then I was watching a show on the Food Network where they were reviewing fat separators. This model was their top choice! I jumped on the computer and ordered it right away. It really is a better design. I especially like that the broth empties from the bottom so there's no tipping or spilling from the spout. The baster was an added bonus!
