When the laptop came in, everything was in shape except for one thing: the touchscreen wasn’t working. Even after contacting support and getting all the updates drivers, the touchscreen wouldn’t function as it should, which is something I needed as a student. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a good laptop, but I need my touchscreen to take notes, and no matter how much I tried, this laptop wasn’t giving me that option.

Roughly three months after purchase a Lenovo update bricked the computer. Despite a number of attempt to revert the OS, undo the update, and otherwise reset Windows the computer remains inoperable. Perhaps this is an isolated incident... but search of this model suggests quite a few others have experienced similar Lenovo product issues. So beware.

I am a digital media student and i was looking for a laptop that I could design on and that didn't break the bank. I am super happy with this purchase. The screen is big enough for me to see what I'm doing and the computer can handle all the school work I have to do.

Bought the four year plan warranty to go along with it never had a problem.

The product came in, but it was TOTALLY!!!!! Not the right laptop. I ordered a Lenovo and I got in a Toshiba, oh which had a broken screen on it. I’m wanting to return it for a full refund

Such a good price for such a good laptop! I use this for working on the go. I run quickbooks and log in to remote desktops with no problem! Would buy again & recommend to anyone!
