Ok..ish
This does seem to to the trick. I had to get the 1inch to fit the width of my collar but it’s very long. It only really ‘just’ fits. My dogs neck is around 16 inches.The length is in the main section that you can’t shorten but the extra adjustable length would fit a horse! I can’t see any dog needing that much length?!
