Put clay in fridge after receiving if bought in the summer time

Used it to print my 6 month olds foot and hand. It should let you know what age foot and hand it will fit. His foot barely fit the clay amount. When i received it i had to put clay in the fridge so it could get colder to not stick to the plastic it was shipped in. Some stayed on the plastic couldnt get it off. Good and cute product. They could improve how they package the clay.
