BaarCrudoleum Shampoo, 3-in-1 Pennsylvania Crude Oil Shampoo, 8 Oz.

Not everything that makes you look nice starts out smelling pretty. But don’t be fooled, there’s power in this funny-smelling stuff. It’s doing a good job on my hair and scalp and that funny smell goes away once my hair is dry. I’ve been using it A LONG TIME and it’s time to tell how good it is. I trust the Baar products and company. Great shampoo. My hair likes it, too. And, I, like shiny hair.

Back in 2018 I had a pixie cut. By 2020, my hair was halfway down my back. All of the trendy hair growth stuff is bogus. 100+ years of the Cayce health readings still stand the test of time. Co-workers thought I had extensions in and couldn’t believe how fast my hair grew. I use it now as maintenance about once a week alternating between it and the Olive Oil shampoo by the same company and also touted in the health readings from Edgar Cayce. My hair now is literally rope thick and extends past my lower back. Safe for color too. In fact, it brightens your hair by removing the harsh mineral composites in hard water. To really get the most out of it, be consistent and also allow it to sit on the hair for several minutes. To really see how wonderful it is you could rinse with filtered water. That’s not necessary but it does enhance the shine of your hair.The full Crudolium treatment is great too for once a month or more treatment but follow the instructions to the letter on it because it is a very strong solution and you cannot cut corners with not buying the rinse as well. I got maximum benefits from the shampoo but when I started the full treatment I noticed that my hair grew even more! But again, the shampoo is fantastic on its own.I have had zero breakage and I bleach my hair. I thought I’d have to stop bleaching my hair to let it grow out but with the help of this product, I’ve had strong hair the whole time. Do not be fooled by the expensive hair growth stuff out there. This is the only thing that is guaranteed to work if you are consistent with it. I noticed immediate growth within the first two months. By month 6, my hair was at my shoulders. Within a year it was past my shoulders by about 3 inches. And in 2 years it was at my lower back.

There is no product like this! I LOVE LOVE LOVE the original formula, but this works too. I have tried everything! I have gone so far as to stop washing my hair for as long as I can stand it. I even love the smell of the crude, although it seems like a lot less than it used to be since the reinvention of the formula. Still love it, just love the other one better.I am white, but my scalp doesn't make oil like white people. The more I try to wash my hair the drier it becomes and the more scaling I get on my scalp, and my face.This shampoo just came in the mail on Friday. I washed my hair Saturday morning and it is now Monday night and my hair is shiny, supple, flake free and doesn't feel dry or itchy.I would totally recommend this product if you are like me and have trouble finding a product that actually works!

Update: It took some time to see results, but there seems to be about 20% less hair fallout after washing my hair. I've used over 2 thirds of the bottle, and I got the shampoo at the beginning of August and noticed the results after about 2 and a half months.Old review:I'm a fan of Dr. Cayce and find his products to be incredibly effective. However, this shampoo is an exception, as it hasn't made a difference as far as I can tell. I still see a lot of hair fallout after using this for a few weeks. To be fair, it's normal to lose several hairs a day. However I purchased this hoping to lessen the fall out. I will keep using it until it's finished and update if there's any difference after using it longer. It does have a strong gasoline like smell, but this odor evaporates quickly and doesn't perfume the hair. I don't mind the smell, I'm just hoping to see more results.I ordered from Baar via amazon, and I'm now on their mailing list and am getting catalogs NON STOP which are left outside my door. I'm in a large city so this puts me at risk for ID theft, which is a real issue. It is also harmful to the environment and a waste, because I never shop via catalogs, they go immediately into the shredder. I've emailed the seller (Baar) and hope I can get this resolved. So you may want to message the seller, asking not to be added to their mailing list, if you purchase this from Baar.

After a bout with covid, my hair was falling out by the handfuls. Not sure that this was the sole cause as I also have been using a DHT blocker along with this shampoo. My hair is filling back in, plus I love how this shampoo makes my hair feel.and look as I am prone to frizzy hair, but it doesn't over strip it at all, just leaves it smooth and sleek! The scalp treatment is on its way along with the stuff to remove it... looking forward to receiving it!!

I am quite fond of Baar products, and this shampoo leaves my hair feeling clean and soft.

I am a male in my 30s; genetics are against me, as every man in my family has male pattern baldness, so I purchased this shampoo as a pro-active way to lower my risk of losing hair. I've been using this shampoo since 2007, and so far my hair has not started receding or thinning. The only thing that I don't like about this shampoo is that it makes my bathroom smell like a gas station for a few moments while lathering, the great thing is that the gas station smell does not stick to your hair.I found out about this shampoo at Edgar Cayce's New York's A.R.E. Center. I don't know for certain if this shampoo actually works, because when I started using it my hair was not receding or thinning.
