I ordered a medium, as per the sizing that was suggested and it was too small to fit the person I’m a caregiver for. I think a large would fit a mens size medium much better, as the medium is just way to small to fit.The quality seems good and the tabs are Velcro, so they would make for easy repositioning.I cannot say if they are absorbent or not, as we are unable to use them due to the size not fitting at all.

I wear size 12 pants. These barely fit. I have to lie down and pull the thing all the way up to my waist to get the tabs to attach but they pull off as soon as I move. I've obviously already worn one so I can't return them, so I'm using duct tape to keep these on and rethinking my working wardrobe as the crotch is easily a foot across, bunching awkwardly and showing through most of my clothes. It's bad enough to need diapers in certain situations, those are insult to injury

These adult briefs offer good absorbency and do the job well for heavy incontinence. The tabs are adjustable, making it easy to get a secure fit. However, they are not very comfortable for pregnancy, as they feel a bit stiff and restrictive around the belly. The material could be softer for better comfort during extended wear. They work well overnight without leaks, which is a plus. Overall, a reliable product, but not the best choice for expectant mothers.
