The bars easily swing. If each could be tightened so that they stay in place when I hung a towel would improve this product tremendously. The base is sturdy.

I really liked this and will keep it - I would have preferred a base that was not just a covering. So the base is a black, hard, heavy round base with a thin chrome covering over it. It's okay but I would have preferred a base that is is more complete. The accessories that link the pieces together are plastic and would have preferred them to be chrome as well. However, given the price, it is a piece that will work great for our bathroom right now. What I really like is that by moving one of the arms to the opposite side, we can easily slip on a roll of paper towels. I like that for when people are visiting in these COVID times instead of having them use a towel. Overall, good purchase!!

It was very easy to assemble and it looked nice. I liked having it in my bathroom since it matched my oak cabinets. But it kept loosening itself, so I asked my husband to tighten the assembly. He did, and the top “branch” broke off as soon as I placed the towel on it. Granted, it’s a bath towel and description mentioned it was best for smaller towels. It’s still a bit disappointing that I got less than two weeks of use before it broke. I guess the weld is not strong enough for the length of the lever and you can’t fool physics…

We have a swim/spa in our 4 season room. We use this to keep towels close enough to grab when we get out. It works ok but It is a little on the flimsy side. Concept is great and works well just if they had made it better quality, I would gladly pay and Extra $20 for it to be sturdy. I am on the prowl for just that but in the mean time this one does the job it is intended to do. The base has enough weight to not tip when holding 3 towels. The metal body and arms are so thin that they will damage easy.

Entirely my fault with the height as I missed the 40 inches right in front of my eyes. If you are looking for a towel rack that is chest high, this is not it. My full size towel fits but just barley off the floor with draped over the rack in halves. Very easy to assemble; seems sturdy but I wish it was taller. At least my towels will dry out now and not have to be hanging over the shower curtain rod.

I bought this to put in my closets. I used this to hang clothing you normally would drape over chairs, end of bed, dresser top...like that lounge pants you plan on wearing when you get off work etc. Very handy.Stand was easy and quick to assemble. It's steady when placed on tile, but on carpets it can be wobbly. The handles/bars swings out smoothly. The chrome is chrome...not high end and typically what you expect. Still a great item for the price.

Product did not last. As often as we tightened bolts they came loose. Eventually discarded and bought something else don’t waste money. Definitely not sturdy.

The product is exactly as described and was easy to assemble. The problem is that the base bolt and support for the base is weak and you need to handle it carefully otherwise it will fail.

Just fits nice in the bathroom

This item is great. Durable and good materials used. Was surprised it arrived so quickly as well. Great gift.

This item is cheaply made and it isn’t sturdy. It didn’t last more than a monthly of daily use before It started coming apart - we had to throw it out.
