I purchased this tumbler to use as a coffee mug. I absolutely love it.In September of 2020 I moved out of my apartment into a RV Travel Trailer and I am touring the USA.During the move I lost the 2 Lids, Stainless straw and Straw Cleaning Brush. I contacted the seller asking if I could purchase them. They replied within the hour asking for my address so that they could ship them to me.Excellent Customer Service. Will definitely do business with them again.

Some of the steel mugs we've purchased that were colored were simply had the color baked in. Those are starting to chip at the top. These mugs have some sort of layer (plastic?) with the coloring. It not only looks GREAT, it's cool to the touch, not slippery, and so far, no chips! Great value for the money! I bought three of their mugs.

I love this tumbler!! I use it every morning to take my coffee with me to work, then use it again in the afternoon for my ice water.It keeps my coffee warm down to the last drink. Before I leave work I always fill it up with ice water on my way out and if I don’t finish it, there will still be ice in the cup the next morning!I got the purple and a love the color! It was exactly as pictured.

I really like the cup and it keeps things cold quite well. Of course, I’ve only tried it in winter so far. The only thing i don’t like is how difficult it is to drink from with the lid on. The air hole is too small and you have to suck through the drinking opening to get the liquid out. The air vent hole needs to be larger. It works great with the straw, though.

I'm a sucker for a good travel cup and the last I had was a HydroFlask 200z I believe but wanted something else. Luckily I found this one on sale for a good price and in my favorite color. What I like was that it came with 3 lids and a metal straw. It keeps my tea hot until I get to work and pretty much holds it four about 4-5 hours.

This product is good, it’s sweat proof which is great for my desk/office furniture. It keeps drinks hot/cold for long periods, yes the insulation works well. The only issue that I have is that after a month or so of use the deal around the lid is starting to pull away. This is causing my coffee, in particular, to get trapped in the seal and makes for yucky debris, even with daily cleaning. I also worry about the integrity of the seal as it pertains to leaks. I am very, very afraid that as the seal continues to loosen that eventually that will cause coffee stains on my clothes as I drink from the cup. In short, the cup is solid and works as described...the lids, not so much. I would probably invest in something different next time.

When I ordered this cup I thought it was one of the name brands. But, I love it! It actually is no different than one of the name brands...but I paid less!! I put ice in it and actually the next morning come back and there's still ice in there. I am extremely please with your product! I received it promptly, nice color still there and it's been 7 months...no problems at all!!

Keeps my coffee hot but the tab on the lid gets in the way when I an sipping my coffee. Consequently I don't drink the full mug because the tab gets in the way when I tilt the mug to drink the coffe as the level gets lower.
