Exactly as advertised. I’m pleased with the quality, value and functionality. Also, my instructions were in English, which was helpful, but operation is intuitive.

A little better dial that you can control one degree at a time would be nice. The current one is very touchy and jumps five-ten degrees at a time. . This one works good and get hot and the attachments fit well! Don’t get to hit on you fingers while burning. Comfort is good too!

No instructions needed! Self explanatory! Very easy to use! Made my work, at least 50%, much faster in finishing my crafts! Love it so far!

I just used it briefly, but it has a good feel of quality so I am looking forward to using this equipment for a long time. It heats up very fast and you can quickly Change from one pen to the other.

Old handset shorted out ao ordered this as a replacement. Its smaller in size. More comfortable. Tips are easily changed. No complaints. Just cut old handset off and butt spliced the new one on.

Everything is written in Chinese , so we don’t know how to use it. This was not in description. Something needs to be sent to me in English

Ok.. so this machine is AWESOME! I can see myself going through a lot of tips because I already broke one. I was trying to stretch it out to fit in the prong holes. I plan on buying more tips so I’m never without them. I bought a wood burner from Michaels a couple weeks ago for $40 and was truly a waste of money.This unit warms up right away and having the second pen allows that tip to cool so you can switch it with no lag time. I’m amazed at how well this thing burns. Have some teenagers in the house that can’t stop using it too. I’ve only had it a week but will update if there is any negatives.

variety of tips for different styles, dual version is nice you can alternate quickly between two pens where one if turned off its partner is on so you has time to cool, i found the holder for placing a hot pen a bit cumbersome and could be a shade larger. overall would buy again
