Konfidence Shorty Children's Wetsuit

My daughter is fairly sensitive to cold. This keeps her happy and warm in the 76-78 deg F pool during days it’s in the 60s with wind. She normally would shiver and be miserable. 3mm is the best although it makes her float which is not ideal for swim lessons.

We've been using these wetsuits for years. My 6.5 year old who is average size but very slender (47" and 45 lbs.), just moved from the 5/6 to the 7/8. There's a little room for him in the 7/8, but it's not baggy or anything, and it kept him warm in 70 degree water. Just bought the 9/10 for my tall/thin 8 year old (55" tall, 65 lbs.), and it fits him really well. I like these suits because they fit my kids' thin build. I went ahead and bought the 11/12, since I knew we'd want it in a year or two. But holding up to the 9/10, I realized it's only an inch or so longer in the torso, but much wider. I'd say 2", which would be 4" around. I was disappointed. I don't think we'll need that much girth increase with such a small length increase. Sending the 11/12 back.

The plastic zipper is super weak and broke after a couple of usages

Purchased for my 4 year old grandson so he could swim in our pool. He gets cold swimming no matter how warm it is. His teeth will start chattering and his lips will turn blue. I was amazed at how much this helps! He can now stay in the pool as long as his cousins. I bought a size 8 because he is tall for his age. I didn't want it to be short in the straddle. He is also on the slim side. It fit really well and even has a bit of growing room. The only downside is taking it off every time he has to go potty!

We live on a lake in northern Minnesota. My grandson wore wetsuit from 9 am to 5 pm the first day he got it. He got little red marks on his thighs but he was warm. He 10 years old and only 58 pounds and gets chilled easily. He can now stay in water as long as everyone else and not have purple lips from chills.

A little big for my 7 yo but she will grow into it. A size smaller would be too small so size up.

I bought this wetsuit as a Halloween costume (a dolphin trainer) for my 7.5 year old daughter. She's slim and slightly tall. It fits her great (snug but not tight) and she loves it. The material is thick and warm, however, since it's October in NY she hasn't had a chance to get it wet so not sure how it would fare in cold water. Would highly recommend. P.S. she won 2nd place for best costume!

A good value. We bought this suit for a vacation trip. My son has a skinny build, and although the shoulders/torso fit well, the legs were too big and too long. We just rolled them over, and it worked fine. He was comfortable in high 70s temp waters for about 30 minutes. Overall, I would definitely recommend this product as a good value, especially for introducing a child to snorkeling.

The zip on the suit can off as my son was putting it on for the first time on the beech. But customer services were amazing and sorted it out for us .

I bought age 11-12 for my daughter aged 10 and it fits well. Nicely cut and finished. Arrived as stated with good information bookletabout safety when in the sea.

Bought for our 11 year old daughter, we wanted a reasonably priced one as she'll grow out of it very soon. We went by the Konfidence size guide, and it fits really well. Also seems good quality, the zips seem strong (they do seem to be a weak point in other wetsuits) and it did the job.

The seller was very helpful in ensuring the suit got to us before our holiday. The fit is perfect and the quality seems very high. I'm very pleased with this purchase.
