CORSAIR AX Series, AX1000, 1000 Watt, 80+ Titanium Certified, Fully Modular Power Supply

PSU arrives protected in large box with a lot of protection. Plenty of modular cables which come with clearly labelled bag The cables are not very flexible.The CPU 8 pin and CPU "4 pin" could have been a little longer but It worked.The unit has very clear labels so connecting the correct cables was easy. There are different color name plates so you can match with your case colors and the ability to flip the plate If you install your PSU fan downside like I did... a nice touch. I went with the grey background to match the MB MSI Pro Carbon and the Gun metal Cooler master case.Needless to say the PSU fan never spins so very quiet; PSU powers 2 SSDs, i7-9700k, MSI z390 MB, MSI 2060 Super X GPU, 16 GB Tough Ram by TT.

Item arrived within two days. The unboxing experience was very nice and I gotta give it to Corsair for their presentation. Installation went without hassles as well. Everything is labeled for their purpose and all cables come in this very convenient pouch. Was confused at first about the EPS cable but then realized it was able to split into two 4 pin plugs. Quality of the plugs seems to be quite sturdy as well. In operation this thing is quiet, I don't hear it at all.

their QC is trash ~i never had any parts issue, unless it was made from consair. unless u want to go through the nightmare process of replacement ~avoid them at all cost. i spent extra to avoid issues, and this "titanium" grade product failed on me in less than 3 months ~writing 9 months later cuz i really don't want to go through this hassle of getting it replaced. They were known for HORRID QC process and now i know better than to ever trust them ever again (in the past i had heat sink issues w/consair)

I bought this power supply to replace a AX860i platinum rated power supply that I had been using for the past two years. Initially I wasn't sure what exactly wrong with my PC I suspected it was either the PSU or the Motherboard. I decided to try the jump method for the power supply to see if it powered on which it did not. So I promptly bought a power supply on Amazon which was this power supply it being a 1000 watt titanium. Plugged it in and boom my computer booted like nothing was ever wrong. I will say this that AX860i only lasting a little over a year and half is a bit of a let down because my previous corsair power supply is still going strong in an older pc and its been in use for the last 5 years. Im hoping Corsairs quality stay true with this power supply and that 860i was just a fluke.

Great quality supply works amazing. It’s almost a year now and never had an issue with it.
