Let’s do a quick gut check...1) How many authors books that you’ve purchased on Amazon will actually show up to your city, for free, and give you real advice on how to better yourself and your business. 2) How many authors will actually follow up and go live on Instagram at least 5x per week to give you additional advice on how to better your business...for free 3) How many authors will actually take the time to bring in other sales professionals and industry leading experts to give free content to their audience on an Instagram live at least 2x per week...for free. Everyone is entitled to their opinion of this book and I respect it but if you actually take the time to do the work outlined in the book and actually follow Tony to see how he works these same principles you would be hard pressed to find others that are as genuine and operate with integrity. This book will help you close deals!!!! He also has an ebook out as well. I listen to that in my car. When I’m home I am able to read and study the hardcover book. I love it and am looking forward to closing more deals. One of my favorite books to read.

Love the content, but the e-book/pdf version I am reading changes font & style constantly (in the middle of a sentence) making it difficult to focus and challenging to read. Also bought the audible version because the e-book was giving me headaches. LOVE the audio version!!!

Oh man this book is powerful! It’s not thick and straight to the point. Easy to read over and over. A must have if you are struggling with wholesaling!

Includes only basic information on how to have a conversation. Nothing life changing. No details or specifics. Anyone who has had a conversation with another human being will already know most of the information included in this short 50pg book.More detailed and concise videos can be found on YouTube with a basic search. I've seen the author on YouTube and he gives all of this information plus much more on that platform. Book shouldn't be more than $5. Really enjoy watching/ listening to his online content. This book just falls way short for someone with so much experience and knowledge.

This book is a must if you have EVER been afraid of sales! He gave me practical steps that broke right through the mindset that made me afraid to "sell" somebody!!
