The 371 battery is an SR920. Energizer combine 371 and 370. Others sell them seperately. The 371 is SR920SW low drain and the 370 is an SR920W which is a high drain. Both work, but the high drain is better for watches that have extra functions like al;arms and backlight which use more power.Thank you,Carlton's

I need a 370 Renata battery. What is the difference between the Energizer 371 and 370?

A 370 will last slightly longer than a 371 (10% to 20% longer?). These are also replacements for a SR920SW.

These are standard thickness 371/370 batteries which is 2.1mm thick. Thickness variances are only +/- 0.2mm between all the different brands but there is no such thing as a low profile version.
