does this have a scent/fragrance?

Maybe a very slight citrus smell. It's the only bath and body works product I can use because it doesn't overpower you with a scent.

Tube in pic says Pomegranate, then hand, nail and cuticle under- tube I received says paraffin then pomegranate under- anyone else have this?

Mine didn't say anything about Pomegranate.

Does this effect gel nails?

I haven’t personally used this one yet. But, I have gel nails and none of the Bath & Bodywork products I’ve used have had any negative effects on mine.

What are the ingredients?

Avocado oil, shea butter, vitamin E and paraffin and a whole list of other ingredients too small to read.
