How thick is this patch is it as thick as a regular pvc patch? Or is it thinner? I want to put this on my hat when I go for runs.

The item I have is approximately 79.3mm wide, 39.3mm high and 4.5mm thick averaging from end to end (that includes the Velcro backing). This is not a large patch.
