I've been taking them since my surgery last year and my levels have remained good for key nutrients when they test my blood work. Small bottle not as big as expected, easy to swallow one a day only thing is they have a slight smell but very convenient to have daily.

Great vitamins for people who have had bariatric surgery

I just got my annual labs back and everything looks beautiful this is a good vitamin I don't get sick I take first thing in the morning with breakfast it's worth the money

Seems to be just fine, and definitely better than taking 4 pills per day when I was using the chewables.One thing to note, these pills are LARGE. I would not recommend using these until after 4-6 months post surgery when you are able to stomach most foods.
