Its REFURBISHED not NEW
Bought the same unit and came in a brown box too with no user or installation guide. Too bad its refurbished. Amazon needs to do something about it. It works perfectly all the same.

Buyer Beware of Prince Technology
When I received, it turns out to be a refurbished unit. I contacted HP and they verified. I bought this unit under the impression it was new. Nothing on the description indicated otherwise. Can't even find tiny small print. No installation/User Guide paperwork. Just a single unit in a brown box. Misleading. Hmmm.
