Terrible Customer Service
When I received my order of two Guinness glasses from MARLTD one was smashed and one was ok.When I informed MARLTD their response was 'Please return for refund' I didn't want a refund I requested another glass to replace the broken one. Their response again was 'Please return for refund'. So they wanted me to send broken glass through the postal system??? Seriously!?! I wasn't going to send the good one back as I wanted it for my son for his Christmas present. I eventually got £6.10 refund from Amazon which didn't cover half the cost of the original order for £16.30 as they would only cover the cost of the one broken glass. I've been unlucky recently as another order from another company also had one item broken but they replaced the broken item with no trouble at all and at no extra charge. That's what I call good customer service.... think on MARLTD !!
