Renogy 60A 12V/24V/36V/48V DC Input MPPT Solar Charge Controller Auto Parameter Adjustable LCD Display Solar Panel Regulator fit for Gel Sealed Flooded and Lithium Battery, Rover 60A

I replaced a less-expensive solar charger with this one. In the cheap unit the float charge voltage stayed over 14 volts with no way to adjust it.I am using this charger in my RV with four 180 watt 12 vdc panels, charging four 175 amp/hour deep cycle AGM batteries.The installation instructions were clear and easy to follow. After monitoring the charger for a few weeks, I am pleased to see the charging volts and Amps always staying with the proper range. It does a good job on both sunny and cloudy days.The Bluetooth interface and mobile app synced easily and the charger system settings can be made through the app more easily than with the display and buttons on the charger. The app tracks some historical data which is quite interesting and it gives real-time data on battery condition and detailed solar and charging information.This is my first solar installation and it went well with no surprises. This unit costs a bit more but is well worth it in my opinion.

I've had mine hooked up and running for a little over 1 year now. It's been very dependable. One thing I really appreciate is that this thing's RS-232 / RS-485 follow the modbus protocol and Renogy has released the ICD for the modbus registers. So you can collect and monitor stats of this device and control it remotely with your own custom software. C/C++ & Python libraries are out there for controlling and monitoring this device. It's been really fun working with this device and help me learn and control my equipment my way.

didn't receive the battery temp. connector nor the legs for the controller ...seems to be very well built.

I had 2 Epever solar controllers. Both of them were junk and very unreliable. Finally got tired of them and bought the Renogy 69 amp. Great controller. If it had a backlight that would stay on or had a bigger screen it would be a 10 for me.

I am very disappointed in Renogy Store Amazon after being a diehard Renogy user with 2 off grid systems over 10 yrs now. First of year ‘25 Purchased Rover 60 amp controller and a battery monitor - both of these being a second set - now to upgrade an existing off grid system. However, when I received both items, the battery monitor , $69 , the box was crushed, opened and inside was a dirty weathered usb cord and some sort of old small outside surveillance camera??!! Immediately started the return process. The nearly $300 60 amp controller was better packaged but I knew I better check the product immediately. Upon opening, I knew it was not brand new. I unscrewed the cover and sure enough, the screw heads were messed up as though someone overtightened with an improperly seated screwdriver And there were burn marks on terminals as though someone installed batteries while the solar panels were hooked up! Again, 2 of 2 brand new products purchased, I was sent garbage and damaged, used products. Very disappointed with both Amazon and whomever set up this Amazon Renogy Store. I’d like answers please. There is no contact info I could find. Someone please help because Renogy used to be very top quality and affordable, and excellent customer support. I’ve lost trust after this experience. I will gladly change my review of someone from Renogy Store reaches out. Thank you. I hope no one else is experienced this level of terrible swindling.

This controller is overkill for me but I new that when I purchased it. It was simple to install . I love the digital display. I could see improved efficiency immediately.
