EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY - STOPPED WORKING IN 20 DAYS
Product shaved well whilst it worked. Battery has stopped charging in about 20 days and run time is down to 15-30 seconds. Useless product and money lost. Have requested warranty support from seller but there has been ZERO response.

I'm a woman going in for head shave for the first time. No prior experience of such products. When I saw the blades were not moving when they aree supposed to be rotatory I thought it was a defective product. No one shows the blade work, idk why. Plus I saw someone showing in review that 1 blade was spinning in the one they received. I assumed that all should be spinning. Now I know that the blades don't visibly spin on top. That's the casing. They have the real blades (star shaped underneath top cover).
