I purchased this laptop for my wife's business use. her response has been that it was the greatest computer she's ever had. Music to my ears.

DELL IS HORRIBLE, THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!
I'll start at the end. This computer failed two months ago, it wouldn't turn on. I called Dell, spent innumerable hours on the phone, on Hold, writing emails, even wrote Michael Dell at Dell Computer to complain. Claimed they didn't have the part to fix it, or even a box for me to mail it into their service center. Finally, after a month and me losing my temper and screaming at them, they managed to send a tech to my house to repair. But he had the wrong part and we had to start all over. After two months, I demanded that they send me a replacement computer, which they agreed. They sent the "refurbished" computer, but the keyboard was defective. I have a suspicion that this was not an accident but to punish me for writing Michael Dell and complaining so much. Bottom line: Two months later I do not have a functioning computer.More generally, the computer has rather poor resolution, nowhere near what is listed. also, finding the correct cable for an external monitor was rather difficult, I had to talk with customer service. I would definitely not buy it again, or anything from Dell. This has been a horrible, horrible experience.

battery life not what one would expect
Although my previous XPS started with a strong battery life, this one is much weaker and came only offering 6 or 7 hours when fully charged. I had thought the battery life would be much longer as I had read online it could be upto 13 hours when new.

Fast computer. Good for low res gaming. Has crashed once when running high res gaming, but overall no issues

USED 3 TIME & IT BROKE!
I have had this computer for exactly 7 days. I have been super busy so I have only used it 3 times! This screen has been on the computer for the last hour now and nothing is working to fix the issue! I bought this computer for Grad school and to edit YouTube videos on and it is already messing up! I am sending it back TODAY!
