I very rarely write product reviews. This brace is awesome. I do a lot of jiu jitsu and have a brace for just about everything now- ankles, knee, elbow, shoulder - over 10 years training. I need the extra support to help heal injuries. It usually takes me a few tries to get a brace I like. I got this one on the first try. Great price, fits comfortably and I can wear throughout the day and during training. Highly recommend.

The OSFM version of this belt (One-Size-Fits-Most) won't work if you're over about a 43" waist. That's too bad, because I've tried many different braces and this is by FAR the best designed and most comfortable of all of them. What makes the design so good is that this one is CONTOURED - larger in the back and smaller in the front, so you can actually BEND while wearing this unlike other braces.

It's good quality, but if you are closer to 50", you will probably like you're being attacked by a boa constrictor. I bought this "one size fits most"...most, hmmm. Seriously, if you're over 45" around the waist, you probably don't want this unless you are dieting and heading the right direction weight-wise. That describes my situation. It's too tight for me at the moment, but will probably fit better if I lose another 10 pounds (still losing weight). To give you an idea, I'm currently 240 lbs and 47" around my abdomen. I hope that helps anyone who wonders if it's large enough.

I am in my 70's and still like to garden. My back was making gardening difficult. Thought I'd try this to see if it helps. It is great. I have been out carryong bags of mulch and bending to weed. No pain. Great!!

I am very impressed with this backbrace. I have spent far more money on backbraces that weren't nearly as sturdy. It is holding my back in place during exercise and just wearing around. I would recommend to anyone with back pain. Great buy!

My return window closed two days ago. I might contact mfg if I can find packaging.At first, this was great. I only used once over clothes.My waist is a 29. It states more than that. I brought with me shopping and tried to put under clothes before I got in store. Ouch. It was then too small and was pocking in my body at several areas.I think the shirt padding gave it an advantage - but under is a no go especially that size. Ouch.Worked pretty good with clothes. Still small but not as painful.

Nice design and quality, but the size is smaller than expected and they do not offer a larger size. I'm 6'2", 215 lbs and most large sizes fit me without issues. This item runs a little smaller than others that I have ordered. Otherwise, a very nice product.
