This camera was purchased to replace a Hikvision DS-2CD2032. It’s quite a lot bigger than I expected but it was no problem to fit. POE is the only real option for security cameras as it is reliable and only requires 1 cable. I connected it via a TP-Link POE switch which in turn is connected to my Synology DS118 NAS. The DS118 runs Synology’s Surveillance Station software.The image quality of this camera is very good, much better than my old Hikvision. Also the field of view is wider. The high dynamic range is a great feature and the H265+ files are much smaller than the H264 files the Hikvision produced. I use the event detection on the camera to trigger the NAS recording which is easy to set up and reliable. If you are using a NAS enable ONVIF and create an ONVIF account on the camera.The build quality is not as good as the Hikvision camera but is still excellent.If you apply online to Annke you can get an extra years warranty.Overall at £60 it represents very good value for money.

Very solid camera, however, the motion detection is way too sensitive and picks up movement outside of the areas defined. The IR and Full Colour is very good and the smart mode works well, not too many false alarms to be a nuisance but needs fine tuning.

Great camera but doesn't come with power supply

Brought this as a replacement for an old one which broke randomly after 12 months. Great footage and audio from this camera. Easy to setup.

Bought to replace a older Trendnet dome camera which was three times the price and lower resolution. Image quality is great day & night. Easy to link to my Synology NAS. Would buy again.

I purchased to add to my existing camera NVR but I was that impressed that I ended up buying a whole new system and changing all the camerasIt was easy to setup as an ONVIF camera and the quality is extremely good.The night vision is something elseColour at night is quite strange after seeing black and white for so many years.If you want to go fully Annke then they are fully plug and play.Just add the cams and even the user / pass is setup for youFor the money these are exceptional camerasPOE power supply so just a single cable to the camera.Highly reccomend this

At face value, this seems like a decent camera - decent resolution, HDR, H265 recording, PoE.In reality, its a bit too good to be true. I regularly experience stuttering and delay with playback with my camera. I've had it set up for 4 months at time of review and this is something I experience pretty much every time I try to review something from the camera.Basically, if there is a lot of motion, the camera seems to freeze for a few seconds. In most cases this leads to the event (whatever it may be) being missed. This happens when viewing live, and is the same in recordings.Similarly, the camera will sometimes just take 5 - 10 seconds to start streaming output to your device. Usually it's as good as instantaneous, but at other times you are left waiting - and then the moment has passed, the camera has taken too long to respond and the event you wanted to review is missed.Honestly, I wish I had spent more on a better camera as this one is next to useless for me.
