Rough, maybe 600-800 grit. You have been warned!
I bought these files, hoping to use the fine tip to get in to corners where normal sanding blocks just can't! I've attached a few pics showing that the files don't file smooth, they will score your model if you aren't careful! If I was to paint this model without fixing the damage - the scoring would be noticeable. So you have been warned! I had to fix the damage using 1000 - 1500, then 2000 grit!As a note, on the head of my model in the pic, I used the edge of a crafting knife to get rid of the mold lines - far cleaner work than the army painters files.

Good
Perfect for what they're needed for, I like to file down the remaining sprew on my miniatures & always comes out clean.
