Looks like it's working. My cat might be allergic to flees. She doesn't tolerate topical flee and tick poison. For all the people worh bad reviews: this poison is safer than monthly vet poison. It has downsides - only lasts few hours, only kills adult flees, can cause side effects. Good thing is - if your cat has side effects, they will resolve in few hours. So if you don't know life cycle of the flees, you might want to look it up. Nitenpyram is effective, kills many insects including cockroaches and mosquitoes. It kills mites too btw. But it doesn't last long.

¡Excelente producto! En este punto ya lo había probado todo ,( collares, medicina líquida cutanea, baños) y no lograba deshacerme de las pulgas de mis gatos. Después de darle la pastilla ( molida, disuelta en muy poquita agua y ayudandome de una jeriga sin aguja, se lo dí en la boca) las pulgas comenzaron a caer y a morir a los 30 minutos. El unico efecto secundario fué que mi gata se puso inquieta y comenzó a maullar pero sólo por unos minutos y ya se tranquilizo. Realmente el beneficio que va obtener para su salud es mayor, que el tener parásitos picandola continuamente.

the box came in squished which had me worried for the pill but they all are okay my cat isnt a fan of any type of medicine and never eats it i try to mix it with wet food i did read the bad reviews which made me panic so i break one pill in half and give her the piece by making her swallow it shes about a year old or more and is okay in fact she still runs and plays as usual no loss of fur or odd behavior so far in a week or two i will try the full pill and come back to this

This worked wonders for all six of my cats! They are indoor, but I was leash training one and I think she picked up fleas. It was first time experiencing fleas. They were scratching so aggressively. They couldn't sleep. So, I bought this along with spray and shampoo to cover all bases and washed blankets and everything I could stick in the washer. Sprayed their cat beds and what not. It took about an hour for me to notice dead fleas on the floor. I gave them another dose the day after to make sure I got them all and they are officially flea free!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I used on 6 cats and I could almost immediately see fleas falling off on their blankets. Provided quick relief from scratching so all cats slept better too.

I would have given a 5-STAR if not for being ripped off.These work great, BUT, I ordered a 2-pak and only received "1" box...was charged $64 for 6 pills instead of 12!!! I wrote to the seller, NO RESPONSE & thete's nowhere to ask for help. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN MY PURCHASE!!The product is really useful though & they do kill fleas right away. If you use these along with treating your lawn with triazicide you'll rid yourself of fleas for a year. We give a pill every other day for at least a week or so. I have 7 cats and not one of them has ever had an adverse reaction to the CapStar pill.

I've been giving this oral flea medication for the last couple of months to my 4 cats, as I hate putting liquid poison on their backs. It helps kill fleas and larvae. I do have to smash it a bit and put in their wet food, as they are very picky eaters, but they do take it without problems! Also, I love that I can order it without a prescription!
