This product has helped me so much with gas, bloating and belching. I’ve been using this consistently for 4 months now and have seen a reduction of all of these symptoms probably by 70-80%. It really has helped regularize my digestion and it is really easy to use! I either cook with it, sprinkle it on top of a dish, or mix it with warm water and drink before my meals. I'm a Vata-Pitta type, but sometimes Vata takes over, and my digestion shuts down.
