So I did this with my daughter. We wrapped and stayed on 1 hour. We measured first and after. 1 inch gone.

SAVE YOUR MONEY - DON'T BUY THIS! It doesn't work whatsoever. I tried the wraps and the cream and they don't do a single thing. I saw the mixed reviews and figured I'd give it a try. I wrapped my abdomen and used the gel and I didn't see any difference. I drink a TON of water and I also slept w the wrap. The first one, the next day I ended up being more bloated than ever. I did the gel and the rest of the wrap and no change. The only good thing is the seller refunded my money. Pls, don't waste your money. Just workout and eat right, none of things actually work, unfortunately.

I have purchased these applicators a few times in the past five years when I need a little jumpstart to my detoxing regime, especially when I put on extra pounds. The scents are a bit bothersome, but I wrapped clingfilm on top to hold the applicators in place and wore an old cloth while using them. It will go away after a good shower and scrub. It's not a magic applicator, but it helps when I need to speed up the detox process. My last use was over 2 years ago. I hope they are the same quality. I will update the review after several more uses.

After only two treatments, I lost about an inch off my waist, and I couldn't be happier! This wrap is incredibly easy to use and very comfortable. Additionally, it comes off easily without leaving any sticky residue.

Works ok... not as good as other reviews said but it helped a little. Better than nothing.

The area on my body that I used this product on turned black. Didn’t see any difference and yes I slept in it, drank plenty of water.
