How much weight have you lost on this?

I currently take phentermine, which is prescribed by a doctor. I lost around 10/15 over the course of 2 months. But I am on the highest dosage they can prescribe (37.5mg) because anything less will not work. Yes this product does have something similar to phentermine but it is not near enough to suppress appetite. If you have an appetite/over eating problem go to your doctor and ask about starting phentermine. It is the only thing I have ever tried that helped me lose weight and kept it off.

Does this help curb appetite?

It is better to go to a doctor and get a prescription for apidex (phentermine). I have lost 10/15 pounds in less than 2 months on it and it is a life saver. This product does not have a high enough dosage of the ingredients to actually curb your appetite correctly. Don’t waste your money on this and go to your doctor about it.
