I highly recommend this Hollandaise Sauce. It's very easy to make. Tastes great. Nothing to add but water.

There’s no instructions for microwaving, but that’s how I prepare it and it’s very simple and fast! Just add the one cup of water put it in a microwave safe bowl go for one minute then stir and do 30 to 40 second intervals two or three more times and it’s done and perfectly cooked and delicious! This is my go to eggs Benedict sauce because I hate adding all that butter and milk to the other types of packaged powder mix. The taste is good although if you make it from scratch or use the ones with butter and milk, you do notice a little bit of a difference of it being better not enough for me to consume all of that butter and the preparation method I use is much better and easier for me

I read reviews and some stated missing pkgs. I had one that was sealed but empty, otherwise I love this brand only having to mix with water, I’ll sometimes add a little butter with it. Great taste on top of eggs Benedict.

I have purchased Hollandaise sauce packages for 30 years - some expensive and some cheap - all brands were good. This brand I'd never tried before, but what the heck I'm limiting my shopping these days and it was a good price (6 pks for $11). When it was cooking it smelled awful, like chemicals. I didn't even want to taste it but I thought I should if I was going to write a review about it - it tasted awful too. I had to spit it out and toss the rest. This is NOT hollandaise sauce. Now I'm stuck with five packet that I'll end up tossing because you can't return it. I tried reaching out to the seller (about six days ago) before leaving this review but no reply - and no reply from Amazon either so I assume they don't know what they are selling. How does this have good reviews? What did they put in the envelopes I bought? Definitely no quality control with this brand. So I won't be buying anything else with this brand name either. Live and learn...

I've bought this hollandaise sauce mix several times and every time I buy it, Amazon asks for another review, so here it is. I love it. It's the only hollandaise sauce mix I've found that doesn't call for milk. News flash -- hollandaise sauce isn't made from milk!!! I follow the package directions, and the sauce is good, BUT I bump it up a notch by replacing 1-2 TBSP of the water with lemon juice, then beat in some butter when it's done. OMG. So good! Add a sprinkle of Cajun seasoning (or whatever your heart desires) and it's outstanding.

We make Hollandaise sauce from packets all the time, but this was the first time using this brand. The instructions say add water — that’s it. The other brands we’ve used say to make with butter and milk. Because of this difference, we felt the texture was too powdery, and the flavor was lacking.

Very easy, simple sauce to make for everyday use.
