Full-grain leather boots don't breathe well, so these socks are a godsend with how good they are at odor control and sweat wicking. This is especially true in the summer; they are surprisingly good at keeping your feet from feeling overheated despite the heavier wool construction. They're comfortable, too. I've spent up to 10 hours a day wearing these socks with my boots and not once did my feet feel sore or blister by the end. Because of how thick they are, you might need to size up by 1/2 in whatever shoes you might wear with these, but from my experience I have had no trouble wearing the same size boots. My only gripe is that the toe box often feels a little tight after a long time of walking, but if you pull it away from the toes by an eighth of an inch or so the problem basically disappears. With the lifetime warranty, these are pretty much the only socks I'll ever need for doing work and outdoor recreation.

I had ankle surgery years ago and often have discomfort with shoes rubbing the back of my Achilles. These remove that discomfort.I bought my dad a pair of these for hunting season.I will be buying more of these socks.Do NOT cheap out on socks when you are participating in activities that require a great deal of walking / running / foot “trauma”.You won’t be disappointed with these socks.

These are without question the FINEST socks i've ever owned. I read the reviews...i questioned the hype and bold statements. Everything they said, just like the stories of the Jedi, are true. ALL of them. I am a clean freak. Wear a pair of socks, in the hamper they go. Why? Because they smell like dirty socks. I read these insane claims that you could get a couple of wears out of them. *gasp!!* Ok...i'll buy it for a dollar...i'm going to test this out. So I did. Mother. Of. God. No waaaaaaaay. Yep, it's true. You can wear these all day, hang them up and wear them again and guess what? Smell like clean socks. This blew my mind apart. Sooooo...tried a second and third wear. (Yes i was slightly grossed out by this) Again...smelled like clean socks at the end of the day. Yes...for science...i even tried a 4th wear. Ever sooooooo slight hint of gaminess and the experiment ended there. Seriously...it's no joke.As for the fit/finish/feel of these socks...i wore them once and donated all my other pairs of thick socks. I even ordered Darn Tough running socks because I have become something i NEVER thought would be possible...i am now officially...a sock snob. These are simply amazing and feel magical. They have great cushioning and my feet have never felt so good. I bought about a dozen pairs because that's what i do and some might say...um...you bought $200 worth of socks? Yep, and i'd do it again. However...that's not going to have to happen because these have a lifetime warranty AND I have literally tried to destroy them from use and wear and they are flawless.Oh...they said don't put them in the dryer and let them hang dry...pfffffffft. I've baked the living hell out of them in the dryer and no signs of wear or fuzzies or anything. They are worth the investment. End of story. Believe the hype, believe the stories, believe your feet.

Won’t buy any other socks after wearing these!!!! Comfortable, self wicking and still looks and feels like new! Their guarantee is worth the purchase!!!!!

1st pair. Great socks. Been wearing them through the winter on many outdoor hikes. If I stay walking they keep my feet the perfect temperature and wick away any moisture. Even when they get damp my feet stay comfortable until I get home. They also fit my feet very well and don’t slide around, bunch up, or even smell very much from sweat. The other day I was hiking through snow and then had to stop for a long while, my feet became very cold while stationary, (so they aren’t magic insulation) but within 5 minutes of walking again they warmed right back up and kept me going for hours. I’m looking forward to seeing how they perform in warmer temperatures. When I put these socks on I mean business. Happy they have a lifetime warranty because I will always want to own socks like this.

I really like these socks, but the price is not for me. After wearing these socks the 2nd time I did not turn it inside out (I believe the label said to turn the socks inside out when washing it) and the socks started to pill/looked linty looking/looked thready looking WHICH SUCKS since it was kind of expensive for a pair. Though, it is my fault for not following the machine wash care. Socks fit true to size and the socks are comfy and thick, but not too thick if that makes sene. I bought these socks to test the moisture wicking feature, I think it works HAHA. I use the socks for work and I work in the kitchen. I guess you can say the thermo regulating feature and odor resistant feature works. The socks are pretty warm but it didn’t bother me.
