I’ve been using this since 2021. That’s 4 years. It works but it’s one component of a well rounded protocol I have. I already use this companies products, I've recently started to use their rosemary topical solution that truly started helping me. My hair started falling out at the first use of this shampoo. It has continued to fall out with every wash. I kept thinking the fall out would stop, so I kept using it. My scalp, which was healthy per my stylist is now scabbing. On top of all of that, my hair is now oily. It is going in the garbage today. I saw in someone's review they mentioned they might be allergic to a botanical in the shampoo.
