All the reviews I read were good. One review almost caused me not to purchase. I have been looking for this exact one. I purchased it maybe 4 years ago but couldn't remember since most of the letters erased. I haven't used it yet, but it is the same brand and mildly enhanced your appearance. Please purchase. I ordered another.

I tried every mascara recommended by NYT Wirecutter staff, some were 3-6Xs more expensive. None worked better than this L’Oréal Original Black Noir 15Xs Volume with straight wand. Save yourself $$$$, time & effort. This is the absolute best mascara. BTW, it is also most economical @ Amazon!!

Amazing for length but I like my mascara VERY dramatic so I tend to use this as a base then layer another one on top. If you are looking for a more natural long eyelash look this is for you. Although it’s very light so layering is easy!

I saw this product in an ad and decided to give it a try. I have brown eyes and dark brown hair/lashes. I've never liked black mascara because my eyelashes are long and it usually looks overemphasized and tacky. I really love this color on my lashes. It makes my eyes pop, it doesn't goop up, and it looks more natural than jet black color.

Love this mascara and the price on Amazon. I've been using this product for YEARS! I've tried other brands but have not been satisfied. One mascara that I do love but is very pricey is Lancome, so I'll stay within my budget.

I bought this because: 1. it said ‘waterproof’ & 2. There was a lot of hype around this product- listed on a couple of sites as top 5 drugstore brand mascaras, so I had hopes it would be superior.I can’t believe all these great reviews - when you put it on it seems great - for a while. And then every time I look into the mirror I have raccoon eyes! I’m constantly getting a Q-tip to wipe up under my eyes.I have very fair skin, so maybe it’s just very visible on me- IDK…I’m going back to the Cover Girl Lash Blast Fusion. I have worn that one (purple tube) and it doesn’t smear.

My all time favorite mascara! It lasts all day (plus more, for the nights I forget to wash it off) and doesn't run or smear.I have tried so many name brand mascaras ranging from $20-$100 and this drugstore brand takes the cake. The brush is full and luscious, no clumping and gives a beautiful glam lash effect. It's buildable too, so you can choose if you're wanting to have a more natural, subtle look or a more voluminous look.The product lasts a while. I try to buy a new one every 3 months just for freshness, but I'm sure 1 bottle could stretch a solid 6 months even with using it everyday.I would save your money on getting the high end mascaras and go for this instead! The price and quality are unbeatable.

This is the best mascara I've ever used. Right out of the tube it's thick and creamy and you only need very few coats. I actually switched brands and thank you Amazon for making it so affordable as it's more than double in the drug stores if it's even available. The best!
