Probiotic was suggested to me by a urologist to help treat my recurrent UTIs. I chose this one for its targeted formula and reasonable price. It, along with some other measures, seems to be helping markedly. Caps are easily swallowed, contains cranberry. I would recommend women who suffer from frequent UTI to try this product.

I got these on a recommendation from a friend. I used to get bad UTIs almost every week, despite being diligent with my feminine hygiene, and I can't figure out what is causing them, so my friend told me to take these daily to help with that since that's what she does.I've been taking two a day for about five months now, and while I still do get UTIs every so often (about once a month now), they are not as frequent as they were before, and they also don't last a week as they did before but now only last a day or two. Plus the pain level is cut in half for me compared to what it used to be. It used to be so bad that I would be in tears and I would have to leave work early because I physically couldn't do my job. Luckily I haven't had that experience at all since I started taking these.So while these don't prevent UTIs, they do drastically help decrease the pain level and help me not get UTIs so frequently, and that makes it worth it to me.
