To do both tracks on my unit do I need to buy two of these or is there two in one package? Description should be more descriptive & clear

I’m looking for replacement tracks for Polaris P828 pool cleaner?

These are for a Zodiac MX8, not Polaris

Tracks have lost all their tread just bought them march 1st 2020. three months i can understand, but 42 days? i'll send pix if you want. can you help

While i use these tracks as direct replacement for my mx8 i can't speak to your specific issue with 100% certainty. Several factors to consider may be suction/flow too strong through sweeper, pulling the unit harder onto pool surface. The make up of the pool surface itself. Some more abrasive than others. Maybe the pool layout itself. I find mine stuck at the base of a step from time to time grinding away without backing out. Come to think of it, i might need to replace mine again too :)

Does it fit the mx8 elite?

Don’t buy these tires for an MX8 Elite. I have an MX8 Elite. It technically fits but once you start running the pool cleaner with the tires on it, the tires start squeaking and the pool cleaner is clearly struggling to move. I used the tires for a few months and it took longer for the pool cleaner to clean the pool because it was not moving as easily and tires squeaking the whole time. I finally went to an MX8 Elite dealer and purchased the tires. I put them on and immediately no squeaking and the pool cleaner was moving easily through the pool. Yes the dealer tires were $25 a piece but well worth the cost for the pool cleaner to work correctly.
