Tremendously improved my sleep quality!
For years, I was never comfortable with any of the basic pillow styles offered in stores. "Soft" options never gave enough support, and even "medium" options often pushed my neck up to an uncomfortable angle. Finally, after a night where I got exactly one hour of sleep due to my neck being so uncomfortable on the pillow I had, I ordered this in desperation. It took a few nights to get used to, which I suppose was the time it took for my neck to get back into alignment, but after those first few nights, I came to adore this pillow! It neither pushes my head up nor lets it sink down -- it keeps it in a straight line with my shoulders, which is wonderful. I get such good sleep now, and rarely wake up in the middle of the night. To tell the truth, I actually look forward to getting into bed each night, because I know I will have such a comfortable place to lay my head. I recommend using a silk pillowcase for extra comfort and softness.A few things to note: As I said above, it might take a few nights to get used to the pillow, especially if you haven't slept on memory foam before. But if you experience this, my suggestion is not to give up! Just give it a little while, and if you're like me, your body will get back into alignment soon.Additionally, because the pillow is low, it's sometimes easy to get your shoulders up on top of the pillow when you first lay down, which will cause your head to tilt toward it. (The pillow is meant to be at the same height as the shoulders, so if the shoulders are on top of it, that messes up your alignment.) So just make sure that it is well up above your shoulder line when you lay down, and you should be fine.So overall, I really recommend this pillow. It is one of the best purchases I have made in recent memory, and has really improved the comfort and quality of my sleep. If you also have trouble with "standard" pillow sizes, give this one a try. I think you'll be glad that you did!

Back pain brought me here and problem solved
Back and neck pain isn't anything new for me, I've experienced it for years and it has been getting worse. I bought the most expensive Sealys memory foam pillow for $200 and figured that had to help right? The quality was amazing but the height is 6.5 inches high so the placement of my neck from the bed while sleeping on my back gave me incredible neck pain that I had to go to the ER for. Once I figured out my mistake it brought me here.On the first night I was still in bad pain in my neck and overall my entire back from the last year of using that pillow, but laying down it immediately felt incredible. It was almost like a release of tension in my back and neck due to the height but the memory foam comfort is amazing. You might think thin would be a really slim piece of foam but it is very quality that doesn't run hot, as I'm someone who sweats a lot. After a week of use my back felt incredible, I have lower back pain daily for over 10 years and haven't felt it since. It might seem like it's hyperbole but after I did some research and asking doctors you would be surprised how much a bad mattress and/or pillow can mess up your alignment and back. The pillow case I absolutely love because it's bamboo and very light, it says it wicks moisture(different than waterproof for the heavy sweaters), but most importantly it's soft and comfortable. The issue I think I'll have right away is I didn't notice that they sell extra pillow cases, and one isn't going to be enough for me, or anyone who sweats. The pillowcase starts to lightly stain up if you have anything in your hair like grease or sweat, and it seems you have to wash it a lot sooner than usual. And since you have to air dry this and not rush the drying process I definitely need a second. All in all, I had another slim pillow in my cart that was cheaper, but decided my body was too important to go the cheap route. I'm glad I spent the money on this. I can't speak for everyone but if you're suffering from any sort of consistent back pain and you've been using a pillow either too tall or with no structure I would highly recommend this.

Amazing Pillow
I recently purchased the Blissbury Stomach Pillow, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. As someone who often sleeps on their stomach, finding a suitable pillow has always been a challenge. Traditional pillows usually elevate my head too much, leading to neck strain and discomfort. The Blissbury Stomach Pillow addresses this issue perfectly. Its unique design features a low-profile structure that provides just the right amount of support without propping my head up excessively. The memory foam feels soft yet supportive, molding to the shape of my head and neck, which has significantly improved my sleep quality.Another aspect I love is its breathable cover. The material feels cool against my skin, even during warmer nights, which adds to the overall comfort. Plus, the pillow is hypoallergenic, which is a great bonus for those with allergies. In terms of maintenance, the removable cover is easy to wash, which is a huge plus for keeping it fresh and clean. While I was initially skeptical about the pricing, after using it, I can confidently say that it’s worth the investment for a better night’s sleep.Overall, the Blissbury Stomach Pillow has been a game-changer for me. If you’re a stomach sleeper struggling with neck or back pain, I highly recommend giving this pillow a try! It's made a noticeable difference in my sleep routine.

A little too thin for 6ft person. IMO
I ordered the smallest size and it seems a bit too thin. Seems to be good pillow and quality but wish I had ordered one size up.

Very comfortable for stomach sleepers.
This pillow is recommended for stomach sleepers. The pillow is memory foam. It is thinner and stiffer than I've used before. In the week that I started using it I get to sleep faster and I am getting better sleep than in a few years and my arms haven't been falling asleep.
