Feels like quality
It's working out good for me, so far. I've used it to mount Vortex Razor's and Trijicon RMR's in four setups. No stripped bolt holes yet, 😂

One annoying issue, but over all, still good and did the job!
So, it could be because I've never used a torque wrench before. So I'll give it the benefit of the doubt. However, getting the bit in the screwdriver? No problem at all, just takes a little force. Taking it out? A pain in the ass! Maybe I'm missing something, but I could not pull out the T-10 bit for the life of me. I even watched an overview video, to make sure I wasn't missing anything. I even saw a short vid on the amazon page of someone pulling a different bit out like nothing. I had to use a set of pliers to get it out as carefully as I could. Maybe the other bits aren't as hard to get out, but oh man was that annoying. That's my main criticism. It still did the job just fine, and I'm sure it'll come in handy in the future. Just might need a set of pliers on the side.

Quality.
I read good things about this so I decided to buy one. There are a lot of other cheaper options out there but I feel that is what they are, cheaper. Great quality and accurate. The tube it comes in is kinda awkward but that’s my only gripe. I just bought a small tool bag to put it in.

A Little Extra $$ Gets You Vortex Quality. Compared Accuracy Against Snap-On
There is a cheaper, yellow plastic torque driver on Amazon and elsewhere that many people buy, because it is cheap. Before I made the Vortex choice, I held and looked at the "yellow toy". I was not impressed with its build, ergonomics, or the sad-looking torque gauge display which only reads in 5 inch-pound increments. In addition, that one is not even certified for calibration.I mount a lot of rifle scopes and some are in the $1500 range, so I need accuracy. I have a Snap-on Torque-O-Meter, but it is 3/8, 90 degree drive so it's not ideal for small scope ring screws. However I did test this Vortex against my Snap-On at two settings, and at 25 and 50 inch pounds, the Vortex was only off by one inch pound. Not bad for a $90 driver! The settings are very easy to read and as noted, you can set per inch-pound, so you can be very meticulous if needs be. The build is very clean, sleek, and feels sturdy. If Vortex built this like it does its other products, it should last a long time. And Vortex has superb warranty and customer service. I have not read so about the company that makes the "Yellow Toy". As some have complained, the bits can be hard to remove. I dabbed some heavy oil inside the bit retention sleeve with a Q-tip. Problem solved. Else keep a pliers handy. I'd rather have to pull them with a pliers than have them fall out by themselves. There are more expensive and even better quality torque drivers out there, but for me this Vortex gives excellent quality and accuracy for a decent price. Amazon Card rewards points and qualifying for Amazon Card interest-free, six monthly payments sweetened the deal! Please note that the Vortex Driver and bits come in a clear plastic cylinder, as shown on the selling page. I opted to put my Vortex and bits in a pistol case with my Snap-On. Your Vortex WILL NOT come with a pistol case and Snap-On tool!!!!IMPORTANT: All torque wrenches will need re-calibration at some point. It all depends on usage and the quality of the tool. As with all spring loaded, slip-clutch torque wrenches, always set it to the lowest torque setting when not in use. This will keep tension off of the spring and prolong the accuracy.

Vortex torque screwdriver
This thing has some beef to it. Steel not plastic, feels like a professional tool (YEAH). Easy to adjust. Calibration certificate shows highly accurate at 20,40&50 in/lbs. I don't care for the round plastic tube storage container, a flat box with bit storage would be great. 10-60 in/lb range would be better, as well as the ability to add a t-handle or 1/4 in ratchet for leverage. That is nit picking, I think it is a great tool. Looks and feels way better than the non-ergonomic plastic stuff!
