These were decorated with a patch and given as gifts. Very inexpensive way to do party gifts. The quality was great and had a variety of color. Did not notice any odd odors, very versatile as well, can use for make up, pens, etc.

These pouches aren't the greatest quality, but they work well for my purposes (mostly hauling cosmetics around in my purse). The zippers are a little finicky and I could see how they might break down after repeated use.
