Fountain
Absolutely beautiful fountain. Well packaged. It was beat up by carrier but packaging kept it perfect. Can't wait to hook it up

Adorable for a Disney lover!!
The media could not be loaded. Just received it! Easy to install. Great for my Disney princess backyard as it looks like Snow White well. Does leak a little from basin but works out for watering my plants lol. Only wished I could turn the main pump lower as I feel it’s too fast but that’s just my preference. I would strongly recommend! Let’s see in a few months how it goes! I don’t worry about weather too much as I’m in the Bay Area of CA

Happy with the replacement!
I previously gave this one star as I was disappointed that it leaked and the delays in getting a replacement from Amazon! Now that a new one arrived and it's up and running I must say it sounds and looks terrific especially at night with the LED lights

Well fountain
Arrived in perfect condition even though the exterior box had a hole. Absolutely beautiful!After having for 3 months I’m updating my review. Started leaking and hopefully will be able to fix. Such a shame because it’s absolutely beautiful. Going to try epoxy on the entire inside and see how that works. Also I sent message to Alpine asking what I could use and received NO response.

Arrived on time and in perfect condition.
Looks great, no leaks and has a large water tank. Super easy to put together.

Leaky fountain
I had high hopes as the fountain did not seem to appear damaged like many other posts had described. Unfortunately, I found out after filling with water there were many fine cracks in base of fountain and leaked the water out quickly. Shame as it is a great looking fountain with LED lighting. You can tell a lot of thought went into designing the fountain but not sure if the same amount of thought went into how the fountain should be packed for shipping. The styrofoam in the box crumbles very easily and does not seem to provide the protection needed during shipping.

Came in one piece no cracks very beautiful easy to set up lights and pump. Customer service was very helpful when I had a question. So happy with this it’s so serene to be around. Works great
