That was important to me since I’ve had metal turners leave marks on coated cookware before.Cleaning it is simple—I just rinse it off or toss it in the dishwasher. Works exactly as advertised. A really good nonstick spatula. Doesn't scratch the the nonstick pans and is great for breaking up ground beef or pork. It's been through the dishwasher 100 times and hasn't fallen apart. It's stiff but not inflexible and not overly expensive.No complaints.

Turns stuff over like a champ, doesn't scratch my sensitive pans and best of all - it still hasn't melted!!! I’ve ruined lesser spatulas with a single rogue sauté session. This one? Still standing. I use this with my non-stick wok. It doesn't damage the surface and extends the life of the wok.It's a great size to flip and mix the food as you do while cooking in a wok.It's sturdy and yet the edge is thin enough to easily slide under the food to easily flip it.

Seriously, this thing could flip a pancake, rescue a burger from the grill, and even stir a pot of spaghetti without breaking a sweat.
