Even a Partial Dose Makes a Difference
I only take two to three capsules a day because I can't afford to take 8/day, but I still see a definite improvement in my skin. I especially noticed when I stopped taking it for a few weeks, my skin aged dramatically, getting very wrinkly around the eyes - I started looking my age - and when I started taking it again, my skin back out again, looking 10 years younger. I also use a variety of topical products, but the difference when I stopped taking this was dramatic.

Great but can cause acne
Started to take these and had great results,Skin looked amazing, nails and my hair grew in patches that was missing hair. However after a while taking the recommended dose I started to breakout in horribly BIG pimples. I don’t get pimples at all so to get very huge ones that hurt was crazy. I will continue but will lower the doses and see if this helps.

Works for my hair, not too sure about nails
Noticed a significant change in my hair. It boosted my growth and thickness. For some reason my nails keep breaking which they tend to grow and then break anyway but I have not noticed any changes with the growth of my nails or retaining the length of them. Pills are a bit large but easy to swallow

Check the dosage
Not really noticing any difference in my skin yet. My biggest issue with this product is the dosage. 4 capsules twice a day is a lot. That’s 8 capsules in one day and they don’t taste all that great either. Taking them is a struggle for me but if you don’t mind slugging down 4 large capsules twice a day then this is fine.

Great Product
I used this for about a WEEK when I noticed my knees were no longer tight feeling. That’s a blessing because it’s something less to worry about. It’s also effective natural skin “filler.” I can only imagine remembering to take it twice a day on a daily basis.
