It’s better just to use the whole package it is more accurate and less room for mistake also you can not save the candy once it is made

The hard stuff that cracks. The gooey stuff that they use to stick the nuts to the apples is caramel.

No...You have to buy your own sticks!

Q: Do need to get the wax off the apples before dipping?

Yes, it will help it stick better. Just quickly dunk in hot water and dry.
