Purchased this product as a safety measure to make sure my grandmother is safe when we are not home. The set up was quick and easy. The app is easy to use and understand. Lots of great features that I still need to explore but in the short time I have used them they are great quality and work as described. Highly recommend for home safety for pets, children and adult supervision. Connecting to our WIFI was easy. The picture quality in day or night is amazing and the camera qualify and zooming range is great.

The media could not be loaded. Is the best one I can get but the only problem you suppose to keep it connected but the sound quality is on top, the camera is really good and night vision not to big can feet anyplace but connected can go up down left right can record it.. easy to set up and u don’t need a fast internet for the conexion

I love this camera, it’s really nice, picture is good quality. I can put it in the feeling or on the tv stand. It has talking ability and 360 rotation up and down. I also think you can link other camera to the app also, definitely gonna get another one for safety for the back yard and doggie door!

I have owned this security camera for just four months, and it has unexpectedly stopped functioning. Currently, the live feed appears grey, and the device is constantly connecting and disconnecting. Interestingly, my other camera, which is connected to the same internet network, works flawlessly without any issues.I have meticulously gone through all troubleshooting steps, including rebooting my router and the camera itself, as well as removing the camera from the app. When I contacted customer support, I ended up repeating all the troubleshooting I had already done. They mentioned that no updates were needed on my end and claimed they would force an update; however, the update failed to complete.In a final attempt to resolve the problem, I deleted the app from my phone and re-downloaded it to reconnect both cameras. While the second camera connected perfectly without issues, the problematic one continues to refuse to connect and won't even scan the QR code. It seems there may be a malfunction with the camera's lens or another internal function.I am deeply frustrated with this situation and want a replacement for the defective camera. It's disheartening to see that a significant purchase such as this comes with a return policy limited to just one month. This brief timeframe does not adequately account for potential issues that may arise after the purchase.

I went through three other security camera vendors, all from "top" security camera companies found here on Amazon and in big box retailers, until I came across this security camera. This camera has by far met and exceeded my expectations.First, the price was the most competitive, even though I would be willing to pay more for a better quality camera and not waste my time trying to find the right one. Next, the ease of installation and image quality/ pan feature was above all the others (one other cameras even had silly/ childish voices congratulating you on the installation process). I also liked that you can make a recording setting to allow the camera to record after it stops sensing motion activity. Several of the cameras I tried did not allow this. This camera allows you to use a SD card to store your images, not playing a game that you have to upload your videos to their web and then pay a monthly/ hidden fee.Finally, what I really like is you can load the app on your phone but also on a Mac or PC (I think) and view the videos from your laptop, all the others didn’t allow me to do this.. Streaming/ viewing the images can be sometimes slow and jittery, but that may even be my Internet connect. If you are patient, it will load/ store on the app and then you can see the video with no issues.

These are great little cameras! I ordered 2 to put in my elderly mom's house because she has a history of falls. Put one in living room and one in kitchen. Ordered a 3rd for her dining room. Recently ordered another 2-pack to face out her front and side windows to watch her driveway. Easy to pair with the app on your phone. Can only record if you have a cloud account, but I didn't need that. I live 25 miles from her and can check on her through the camera. Great low-light visibility at night and i can turn the cameras with the app. I can get notifications on my phone when movement is detected. I use the notifications set to "on" for the 2 that look at her driveway and parking area. The settings let me block out areas I don't need to be alerted to, such as a busy highway beyond her drive. Very happy with these cameras, fast shipping and the price!

Solid built cam. NO PAID SUBSCRIPTION NEEDED to use it. !!!! ok software for cell phone. software would not work on my notebook. But has excellent fast customer support that does follow-up and eager to help. And offered a solution. If your notebook is old as in my case you may need older version of software.it took several attempts to establish link with WiFi on cell but once configured, it would connect fast. clear picture. however the L/R pan response can be slow and delayed or choppy sometimes. Depending on cell phone cpu and wifi i assume. it has limited down travel . my 10 year old basic Scricams are fast and have more down angle of view despite age and software seem more responsive . overall, for the price this is a reasonably good cam and excellent support.
