been taking this for years. before i saw a doctor about my high blood pressure, this and taurine were what i used to manage it, and help me sleep, as i also have an over active adrenal gland. capsules are very small so they are easy to swallow, i still use it before bed, as it helps me relax, and this brand has always been high quality.

I've come to rely on theanine. This brand is perfectly dosed imo. Didn't notice the 100 mg effects but one or two of these dosages and my nerves are calm, mind is clear.

This helps my husband calm down at night. I didn't really notice a difference with it but he did. Everybody's different though

This is my second or third purchase of this product. It really helps me to sleep soundly. For me, all the Horaach products have been very effective.

I have tried hundreds of supplements to make me feel better, seen someone talking about this on tik tok, tried it, and wow let me tell you. This product makes a huge difference and im not sure exactly how lol. Not sure if im sleeping better or what but my body is healing and feeling younger. Normally I wear sandals around the house due to bad feet and ankles. Day two taking this no more sandals. Im not sure what to say besides thank you. I will buy much much more lol

I combine this with glycerin and I do notice a difference with memory, focus,and cognition. Not saying it's a miracle product but it does its job.it also seems like those benefits are helping my energy levels
