Works on Craftsman 2150 PSI Clean n Carry model 580.752011
Works on Craftsman 2150 PSI Clean n Carry pressure washer model 580.752011 with manifold part number 190627GS (4 bolt). My unloader valve was frozen in the high pressure position by hard water deposits. Symptoms of this failure were having the engine struggle when the wand trigger wasn't pulled, then running properly when the wand trigger was pulled. Getting the old one out was easy by using some spacers (fender washers) and using the spring tensioning nut backwards on the shaft to pull it (see videos online). After getting the whole valve assembly out, I was unable to free up the center portion of the valve, hence the need for this replacement. Note - I measured the length of the compressed spring on the original unloader valve, then set the replacement for the same length. This didn't work out, as the spring strengths appear to be different. I ended up backing off the adjusting nut of the new valve quite a bit, then adjusted until achieving proper operation.

Does not match OE Part No 190594GS
I was replacing the manifold and unloader for the Craftsman Model No. 580.752800 pressure washer I have. The OEM part is no longer available. This part claimed to be compatible with the OE part number 190594GS. All dimensions on this part are indeed identical, as far as I can tell, EXCEPT the retracted and extended lengths of the spring biased plunger that is biased against the ball within the dual function bypass/check valve within the manifold. Because the retracted length is too short, once the pressure builds, the check valve ball is able to bottom out and plug up the hole on the OUTPUT of the bypass/check valve, preventing any possibility of bypass and allowing pressure to build until failure. This lead to the PSI jumping past 3500psi (2800 psi limit) and blowing out the gaskets between the pump and unloader manifolds. And yes, I made sure the unloader spring was completely loose when performing the final experiment to detemine this.

Works great and a great price!
I looked around online for an unloader valve for a while and found one for 50 bucks. I wasn't sure I wanted to spend that much and then I found several that looked like mine but were said to be 3 inches long and mine was 2.75 inches. Then I came upon this on Amazon that was 2.75 inches and it also said for pumps that had 4 mounting bolts which mine did. So, I felt pretty sure this one would fit, and it most certainly did. My machine is a Troy Bilt 2600 PSI at 2.5 gallons per minute. Its model number is 020241, I purchased in 2005. The valve comes with its spring totally relaxed and I just needed to tighten the large nut to compress the spring to make it look like the old one for proper pressure and then tighten the smaller nut against the larger nut as a jam nut. I then applied o-ring grease to the o-rings and inserted it into the pump. It was tighter than the old one and I had to apply pressure to keep it pushed in while I hammered in the U-shaped retainer. Works like a charm.

Works for Troy Bilt 2200 psi pressure washer (model 020292) (2-3/4" length)
I looked all over for the correct unloader valve to fit a corroded one I pulled out of a Troy Bilt 2200 PSI Pressure washer (model #020292). Troy Bilt uses a Briggs and Stratton pump (#200200GS according to the specs) and requires a 2 3/4" unloader valve (by pass kit, part # 200283GS). The part is listed on the Troy Bilt site at a crazy price, but then say it's sold out. Lot's of bad info online about what will fit this model, but it needs the 2 -3/4" valve, not the 3" valve many sites recommend. I took a chance on this one (for $18) and it turned out to have the same dimensions and worked perfectly. Hope this helps someone looking for the same part.

Does not fit
This does not fit Craftsman/Briggs pressure washer despite having the same part number. It will not seat deep enough to use the retaining clip. I used all types of methods to get it to seat but it will not go in far enough.
