I ordered the Moss & Stone 5 piece cookware set to replace a similar pan that got damaged during a recent move. This set was less expensive than the Copper Chef set I was attempting to replace and I love that this pan has a short handle on each side; making it easier to fit into my counter top oven when I'm cooking something that needs to go from the stove top straight into the oven. The pan is lightweight, easy to clean and cooks evenly. The entire 5 piece set nests well together and requires minimal storage space making it an excellent addition to any kitchen.

I was so excited to start using all three kettle/ pans, I was so surprised at how perfect my eggs cooked in the square fry pan, I am going to make caramels soon in the bigger square pan. They clean up in the sink very easily, they cook stuff really fast, so don’t leave your macaroni and cheese in the oven too long. Even gooey macaroni and cheese just wiped right off , no need to run them through your dishwasher, save that dishwasher space for more plates. I totally love this size of these pans, it’s just me and my husband now, so perfect for making smaller batches.

I love this set and use it constantly. Yesterday I used the frying pan to fry some eggs--without needing to use a single drop of oil! I used the larger pan to make a gallon of soup. These pans truly are non-stick. They are incredibly easy to clean. They are dishwasher safe, but I wash them by hand because all you have to do is touch a soapy sponge to them and they are clean. I have also used the larger pan for baking. The lid fits snugly on both pans. The frying basket is very nice and has a collapsible handle--it serves as a handle when you fry items and need to get the basket out of the pan, and it allows the basket to fit inside the larger pan when you store it.The only thing I cannot tell you is how the steamer works. I got this as an Amazon Warehouse item that was supposed to be "like new," but the steamer insert's legs were missing.If not for the omission, I would give this product 5 stars.

So far so good. I had one of the original cooper pans and after years of use the bottom started wearing out and food started sticking to it. I tried the one because it does not have a handle so doesn’t take up as much room in my storage cabinet.

Can not grill 4 grilled sandwiches at a time. Otherwise I like these pans.

Very versatile set. Definitely non-stick. Copper colored coating (but NOT copper) over aluminum with stainless medallion on bottom. Not very heavy, handles tend to heat up with 4” gas burner. But, it took forever to brown flour, and boiling water shows where heat is concentrated (not exceptionally even, but OK). So, I wish I could find some real copper conductivity. My trusty Revereware 3.5 qt stock pot browned flour in a minute or two with same burner and setting. Sadly I’ll return it.
