Nice to replace the big, tall valve with a float that wasn't shutting off any longer. Like the low profile and minimal space it takes up. Easy to install. Easy to adjust. Was set a bit high for my toilet but easily adjusted it down. Didn't need any tools. Everything came apart and went together by hand. It does make a slight squeal a couple seconds after flushing. Noticeable but not a problem at least to us. Depending on durability may buy again. Would recommend.

These work well ,leaves the toilet tank free of bars and other stuff. I have used these for years, they don't seem to last as long, but for a small amount of money it's worth it to me. only takes a few minutes a few minutes to insatall, very easy to adjust

I ordered this fill valve for an older toilet with a tank that is just small enough to make the standard adjustable valves an inch too tall even at their shortest setting. Installation was very easy. However, I did have to reseat it twice and get the plastic nut just right to prevent leaks, but it has held the seal just fine since. The size is perfect as it sits on the bottom of the tank. I think it would work very well in any size of tank. The water level adjustment is very useful and the valve refills the tank swiftly. As some people have noted, there is a lingering whining sound in the valve for up to ten minutes following a flush. For me, the sound is fairly subtle and not a problem. I have been using the valve for over a week now with no issues. I am very pleased with the design and the function. If it lasts for a year, I intend to increase the rating.

Right now i have 4 of these gadgets sitting in my tool cabinet waiting for service. Tenants like to play with them. These valves can be easily replaced in minutes by hand. No tools needed unless you want an extra quarter turn after you installed it. The flow is regulated with a large screw-type pin and spring that turns clockwise for more inflow and counterclockwise for less. The item is totally silent compared to those bulky monsters they still sell at HD. The best part is the cost. You must check on Amazon for prices from different merchants. They are a delight to have in the home because they fix your water intake in under one minute.

Design:Simple. Had one like this for years made in USA but this Chinese copy make all kinds of noise. It appears to blead off air just after it's filled the tank. We refer to it as our singing toilet. Will wake you up if sleeping

I bought and installed one valve. With maybe a bit of skepticism. Looked too simple. But it worked! So I bought two more and installed them. I don’t understand how they do what they do so well, but so far, only a couple of weeks, they do a great job. And they are so simple to install. I’m happy.

I think this valve is an excellent purchase, a good option to replace the obsolete float valve, it takes up almost no space and is very easy to install, plus the price is very affordable, it was a great purchase, I recommend it.

Who woulda' thought that I - a guy who never touches anything known as plumbing - could easily change out a toilet fill valve? I love this one because it's one piece, easy to adjust, and works seamlessly! While most toilets fill noisily, this valve fills quietly . . . and quickly! While a picture is worth a thousand words, a "whisper" from you toilet is worth a thousand pictures! Ha!
