These come in multiple sizes. They are hands down the best that I've used. I bought the first one from my physical therapist, and then discovered them online for a much better price. The largest one that is available is great for knees, shins etc. The blue version is more flexible than the black. Very sturdy and remains flexible. Not designed to tolerate heat. Keep in climate controlled area or freezer. No odor. Can be wiped off. Make sure to put a layer between the cold pack and skin.

As another review of Colpac I had submitted said ... probably one of the best ice packs out there.Read my other review of ColPac as I lost all of them because my wife/daughter decided to take em all up to the Lake for 4th of July and returned with none. That sort of ticked me off.

It's a great product for PT and daily treatment. As a sports medicine specialist, I use a great product like this one as well as recommend this product to patients.

After having shoulder rotator cuff surgery, I'm doing PT 3 times a week at the orthopedic office. After an hour of exercises, they use the longer one of these on your injured joint. It always feels so good and stays in place draped over my shoulder. When I mentioned I wished I had that same one, the PT gave me the info and I found this exact same one with Amazon! I like that it is gel and doesn't freeze hard in the freezer. Nice, quick relief to sore aching joints, especially after surgery!

I love how cold and flexible these are! I've been using them pretty religiously to help with my neck treatment and therapy.I, too, have experienced the seam split in the neck specific pack, but am confident I'll be able to get the issue resolved with their customer service as the others have noted doing.

These are the ones i use in my PT office and have been using them for last 30 yrs

I use these on the couch or laying on the bed and they haven't leaked on me. I find them just as flexible when frozen.

This is wonderful. It keeps its cool for a really long time, its hefty weight keeps it in place, and it's a really good size. It wraps entirely around my arm and (broken) elbow and is very supportive for a sore neck while resting against a pillow. Every freezer should have one. (We're even giving them as gifts.)
