The Schott Zwiesel Tritan glass makes for very nice and durable products. Definitely not high-end nor semi-fine glass however very well-made, pleasing clarity and feel, comfortable, sturdy and chip resistant, so the trade-off is worth it to us.

I wanted 12 of these and ordered 6 due to some of the reviews indicating poor quality. I am familiar with Schott Zweisel and was surprised at the negative comments. Well these glasses are great. The feel good - nice and light - and look good as well. I accidentally knocked one over on a glass shelf and it didn't break. So it seems pretty sturdy. I will be ordering the next set of 6 right away!

These champaign flutes are very beautiful glasses. 5 stars for the elegant design. However, at times, minor defects do slip through their factory quality control. I bought a discounted pack of 6 "Used - Like New" from Amazon that had obviously been returned for imperfections in the base. The glass base and stem are molded in a machine and then reheated to melt the seams smoothly. Several of my glasses had been insufficiently reheated, revealing warps where the seams had been. They're not unsightly, but they're not perfect. I decided to keep them because of the significant discount, but if I'd paid full price for them, I'd have returned them right away for replacements.

These champagne flutes are quite stunning. They have small accents that make them stand out from other glasses. I noticed that champagne in these glasses have a lot more bubble flow than in other glasses and I've read that this was by design. Good design Schott!I must say that these are incredibly durable! They do feel more durable than the last set I purchased but I have banged them on my counter top many times and learned that I no longer have to worry about my glasses breaking with the smallest tap. These are perfect!

I want champagne flutes that look nice for entertaining. I’ve knocked one over from time to time and they haven’t broken and they come out very clear from the dishwasher. I love the way the bubbles keep coming up from the bottom. If you are looking for fine crystal, then keep on looking, but this is just what I wanted.

Bought these when I broke a couple of Reidel glasses.The Reidel's were expensive and didn't want to pay that much again so I did some research and came across this brand.They are just as good, cheaper and dishwasher safe!Wait ...what? I don't have to hand wash anymore? NOPENice thin rims, which means less distraction from the taste and texture of the wine. (im not a snob just what I read what good wine drinkers look for) and the thicker rims are a sign of cheap glasses.Ive had these for a few years (just getting around to a review) and have had no problems in the dishwasher.I almost can't wait till my white and red glasses break so I can replace them

About as sturdy as a glass from walmart. I thought tritan was supposed to be more resistant to breakage.

I have several of their products and overall I am happy. The champagne flutes are 4 star at best. There is a noticeable seam on the stem. The thickness is medium, not real thin but not too heavy. I am confident that they are durable based on previous experience. BUT, there remind me more of what I would get at a hotel catered event than fine crystal. If you are looking for fine crystal, you will need to look farther. If you want reasonable price and utilitarian, these probably meet your needs.
