Great quality for a great price!
I need a display monitor to work from home. This was on sale and had good reviews. I am very happy with it. Nice and clear quality picture, easy to hook up.

Great price and overall package
A monitor with 144hz. Pairs well with the Xbox Series X console system. Maxes out the frame rate at 120fps. Which makes the games buttery smooth. I love the HDR feature. It makes the screen nice and bright. A perfect size for gaming in my opinion and it doesn’t strain your eyes either. It has a Display Port and 2 HDMI ports for the connectivity. I recommend this monitor if you’re looking for a budget monitor with 144hz.

Good value for the money
Pros:Does what a 1080p screen should. No issues getting it to run at the advertised refresh rates, two HDMI and two DP inputs. Seems like decent color quality. No dead pixels, and I love the thin bezel. No extra frills, decent specs.Cons: Pictures on Amazon for it are slightly out of date since it doesn't show the correct inputs on the revision I received. Power supply is a barrel connector with a wall adapter at the end, and the total length is ~1 meter. Personally I am neither a fan of the wall adapter nor the short lenght, I prefer a standard cable with the necessary transformer either in the screen housing (if possible) or a box inline with the cable (ex. standard laptop power adapter) so it can more easily fit with power strips/surge protector. A 2m total length would give more reasonable flexibility. Also, the labeling on the inputs (and specs) advertise DisplayPort 1.4, but they include a DisplayPort 1.2 cable. It works for what I need it for, but why the disparity? No HDMI cable included, but those are quite readily available...but it can be annoying when one is not in the box.

Pleasant surprise and good value
This monitor is a side display in my three-monitor setup, and in that use case it's a pleasant surprise, a gem in a price bracket full of junk. For myself this PX257p sits immediately beside a 27GL850 and opposite a BENQ EX240, so you can understand where my comparisons come from. For the price I get a good-sized, bright, easily-readable display. The refresh rate and response time are fantastic at this price point. Given the physical size of the screen the pixel density looks to be slightly lower but that really hasn't been a problem for me, especially considering it's not the screen I spend the most time looking at. I briefly had a game running on it last night and the display handled the motion and image quality like a champ. If I'm at all irked about any of its minor shortcomings (pixel density, primarily) I just remind myself that the monitor cost $100 and I resume feeling like I got a good deal. For $100 this would make an excellent primary display for gaming if you are on a very tight budget. At that price I'd say it's a good secondary monitor.

Good Monitor for Dorm Room
If you need an extra monitor for dorm life for doing your homework, this is a good cheap option, college doesn't require you to have fancy things save some money.

Lasted only 8 months
The media could not be loaded. Update (April 2): As a result of this review, Pixio contacted me stating that Amazon never contacted them about my registration.I can't say I'm surprised that Amazon flat out lied to me in order to flip me off with a 50% refund!A huge disappointment.5 months in and I notice a small dark patch in the upper right corner. It slowly grew, by just a little bit. It looked like pixel were just dying.6 months in - The next phase of this failure I noted when I booted, whatever was displayed (before I got to the OS) was artefacting: at first it was artefacting of just the default notification when it doesn't have a signal from the PC. A few weeks later and the artefacting started happening during POST. Some more weeks later I noticed the artefacting in the BIOS as well.8 months in - see the attached video: the artefacting happens in the OS as well, not just in POST/BIOS. I checked the dark spot in the top right and it was piping hot!Of course I tried other machines and other cables.I'd contacted Pixio before writing this review and they wanted me to RMA. So I contacted Amazon who said they'd contact Pixio on my behalf. I contacted Amazon a second time because they did not get back to me as promised. At this time Amazon said Pixio told them that I didn't register the warranty, which is false. I did the registration on Pixio's website and still have that email confirmation. Amazon refunded me 50% of the cost of this monitor. I got ripped off by both Amazon and Pixio with this cheap monitor.Other issues I had before it gave in:1. The 165Hz felt like 144Hz;2. Windows 10 did not detect this as an HDR monitor;3. The monitor needed to be in maximum overdrive to negate the horrible ghosting;4. Enabling Freesynce (G-Sync compatible mode on my 3060Ti) caused the screen to sometimes go in and out for milliseconds;5. Speakers are awful;Save your money and go with a reputable brand that has better quality items, better customer support and proper record keeping.

Love this monitor!
3 months with this monitor and I really love it so far. Runs the exact settings it advertises. Also such a cute aesthetic with the pure white color. 24” was just enough for my small cozy/gaming corner. Anything larger would have been too much for me personally.*(Not sure if it matters. But, I have it paired with the Beelink SER8 mini pc and they work well together).Definitely recommend 👍🏼
